In the United States, breast cancer is the third most common cause of cancer death, after lung cancer and colon cancer. Permission to Reincarnate?

This is no joke. The Chinese government has literally banned Tibetan Buddhist monks from reincarnating without government permission. What could China possible have against the reincarnation of Tibetan Buddhist monks? Technically it is not the monks that China is after but their leader, the Dalai Lama. China wants to cut off the influence of the Dalai Lama, which is Tibet's political and spiritual leader.

"By barring any Buddhist monk living outside China from seeking reincarnation, the law effectively gives Chinese authorities the power to choose the next Dalai Lama, whose soul, by tradition, is reborn as a new human to continue the work of relieving suffering" ~Mathew Philips, Newsweek Magazine (August 20-27, 2007 Edition) When you think about it, China is trying to prevent the inevitable and even if the new Dalai Lama is born outside Tibet or China, they are going to deliberately deny him of his rightful authority as Tibet’s political and spiritual leader.

So if the Dalai Lama can not reincarnate in Tibet, and he won't as he, himself, has already made that clear, then where shall he be born? Quite likely he will be born from one of the 130,000 (approx. number) Tibetan exiles spread throughout India, Europe and North America. So do not expect a "non-Tibetan Dalai Lama" because experts say that it is "probably out of the question".

Welcome - Bienvenue - Willkommen - 歓迎 - 환영!

Hello & welcome to my Buzznet page!

My name is Fumi and I have come to Buzznet to immerse myself in the music scene, the pop culture and any milieu of importance and discussion. My goal is to be able to share my thoughts, concerns and ideas with you guys and I hope that you will give me your feedback via comments, or maybe if you didn't like what I wrote about, you guys can give me something to write about! I'll also try to be including a 'recommendations section' in my journal posts about websites to visit, songs to listen for, etc. Feel free to message me with websites and songs that you like I'll try my best to include them in my 'recommendations section'! I am a member of SCA (Supporting Canadian Artists) so you might see a trend of Canadian bands appearing in my recommendations, hehe, but I'll try to stray away.

Now... to be honest, I'm not exactly sure what Buzznet is all about but it'll be my first priority to tract down its purpose! I would also like to hear what you guys think of Buzznet! So let the comments begin!

I, personally, would love to be friends with ALL of you! So feel free to toss me a friend request or toss me a message about who you are and whats up, don't be afraid to say "Hi!" I am really friendly, a very nice person at heart and I'm looking forward to meeting all of you!

Anyways,
Ciao~
